New Summer Exhibition
Stroll through our newest exhibition, A Walk Through Time. Step into history and view the clothing, objects, and stories that bring each decade to life. Featuring artifacts from the La Grange Area Historical Society’s collection, the exhibit reveals the tastes, fashions, and everyday details that defined each decade, along with a special look at how the La Grange area community grew and changed from 1890 to 1970.

Summer Concert | August 28th 6:30 PM
The Stone Cats will delight our audience once again this year!
Bring a chair, bring a picnic, and come enjoy free live music on the lawn at the Vial House.

Home & History Tour | September 20th 12:00 – 5:00 PM
Join us for the 2026 Home and History Tour on September 20th. Visitors will enjoy touring through six unique residences! The homeowners will be available to answer questions and chat about their experience living in their home!

Doorways of Chicago | November 4th 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Chicago-based photographer, tour guide, and influencer Ronnie Frey (better known as @doorwaysofchicago on Instagram) will join us to discuss his new book, his work—with its keen eye for details many overlook—and his deep love for Chicago’s layered architectural history. Guests will have the opportunity to view some of Frey’s photography collection and purchase signed copies of his new book.
